All our orders are shipped with Canada Post, but if your are in Metro Vancouver of BC we have a delivery service that  meets you to drop off your package same day of order or if you order in the evening typically within 12 – 24 hours

There is a Maximum order of $1,500 you can make at one time, If you desire a larger quantity than what we have listed, you may want to consider placing multiple orders.

No, unfortunately, we do not allow product returns. All items purchased are Final Sale. We highly recommend smaller purchases to as a start before committing to bigger purchases. 

Shipping

We bubble wrap and secure the contents within your package and ship using Canada Post (usually takes 2-3 business days) unless you choose next day shipping for $45, but remember shipping is FREE if you spend $150 or more!

Yes, all parcels have a tracking number attached to them.

No sorry, at this moment we only ship within Canada.

We Highly recommend you select this option in checkout but its not necessary because we understand people might be at work and cant be at home during delivery, there isn’t anything outside the box to show the package is medical cannabis  so you wont have to worry about someone knowing what is there for you.

Local Delivery (Metro Vancouver):

Place an order online and at checkout you will see an option if your city is eligible for local delivery (usually same day service or within 12 – 24 hr period) our delivery driver will contact you and arrange a time and place (usually your residence) to delivery the goods to you. 

No, for security and safety reasons our drivers never carry cash and other packages with them. You can E-Transfer [email protected] or pay by credit card online at checkout.
